We cordially invite you to the "Evening of Cheb Sports Facilities" event, prepared for you by the Cheb Sports Facilities Administration, a contributory organisation. A unique opportunity for all sports enthusiasts, as well as for those who want to learn more about the sports facilities in our town. This event will take place on Friday, 29th November 2024. Come between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, when the gates of the sports facilities will be thrown open wide. With our guides from among the staff, you will be able to embark on five guided tours of the most significant sports facilities that our town offers. Each tour is specially designed to provide you with the broadest possible view of the sports opportunities and facilities that Cheb has.

The first stop could be the Krajinka Sports and Recreation Area. This complex is the heart of sports activity in our town and offers a wide range of activities for all age groups. During the tour, you will learn how various sporting events are organised here, how the complex operates, and you will also be able to see the equipment used to manage the complex.

The next item on your itinerary is a visit to the ice rink, where you'll get to see the "ice resurfacing machine room". It won't just be the youngest visitors who can sit in the ice resurfacer. Our guides will reveal the cooling system to you and introduce you to the history of this place, which is home not only to ice hockey players but also to figure skaters and many other athletes.

Water sports enthusiasts will also be catered for during the swimming pool tour. You can look forward to detailed information about the pool's operation and also a tour of the otherwise inaccessible plant room. The guide will introduce you to the entire process of water treatment and the running of the Cheb swimming pool.

The "Lokomotiva" sports complex is the next stop awaiting you. This complex is known for its diverse range of sports facilities and activities. Guides will not only show you the current equipment but also give you an insight into the future development plans for the complex, which will make it an even more attractive place for sports.

And finally, we'll take a look at the "Blue Tower" city hostel, which serves as accommodation for athletes and visitors to the city. Here you will learn about the accommodation options and other services that the hostel provides. Our staff will also explain how the hostel contributes to the comfort of athletes from all over the world who visit Cheb.

Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to meet our staff, who will be happy to answer your questions and share interesting stories from the past and present of Cheb's sports facilities.
