Sport and recreation area Krajinka
On Krajinka, we will undertake repairs to the gutter downpipes and the drive for the sectional garage doors, which is broken. The complete emergency lighting for the grandstand building and facilities will also undergo regular maintenance.
Winter stadium
The winter stadium has a roof in the machine room in a state of disrepair. A minor repair will also be carried out on the roof of the large ice rink where leaking skylights need to be repaired. After years, the entrance doors to the restaurant will be replaced, and the hockey players in the corridor by the changing rooms on the lower floor will also see an improvement. Unfortunately, during the inspection of the main distribution board, it was discovered that the backup power supply for the ammonia plant is not working. There is no other option but to undertake the repair or replacement of this equipment. The K-light system will be repainted and the safety netting will be extended on the small ice rink. Lastly, the broken windows of the large ice rink's glass facade could be replaced.
The roof of the electrical substation, which is leaking, will also be repaired.
Lokomotiva Sports Complex
In the Lokomotiva sports complex, repairs are planned for the hazardous condition of the railing on the terrace, which is not only unsightly but also dangerous. One of the main escape routes from the sports hall leads across the terrace. At Lokomotiva, it will also soon be necessary to replace the boiler for heating water in the changing rooms for footballers (the "Hraběcí" building).
The railing on the sports hall terrace is in very poor condition.
Swimming pool
Repairs to the swimming pool will only be planned after any faults have been identified following the pool's long period of closure.
