The public swimming pool opens as early as Monday! A new feature will be 90-minute sessions.

The municipal swimming pool in Cheb will open to the public on Monday, 23 August 2021, in a trial run. The trial run of the pool will continue until Sunday, 5 September 2021. Opening hours will be from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (except on 1 September from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on 3 September from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., when the pool will be closed to the public). Entrance fees for the pool can be found in the graphic below. A big new feature is entry for 90 minutes instead of the current 60 minutes.

  • Visitors do not show clinical signs of COVID-19 disease
  • visitors are required to maintain Distances of at least 2 metres , unless they are persons from the same household. Otherwise, they must use a respiratory protective device that meets the currently valid requirements of the Ministry of Health.
  • Visitors, with the exception of children under 6 years of age, must prove that they meet the following conditions:
    • undertook No more than 72 hours ago POC test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen with a negative result
    • undertook RT-PCR test within the last 7 days on the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus with a negative result, or
    • person was vaccinated against the disease covid-19 and will provide a national vaccination certificate proving that the vaccination
      • from the second dose of the vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule, at least 14 days
      • from the administration of a dose of vaccine in the case of a one-dose regimen at least 14 days
    • person has undergone laboratory-confirmed COVID-19, the isolation period according to the valid extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health has passed, and since the first positive POC antigen test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus or RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus not more than 180 days have passed, or
    • A person at reception (on-site) undergoes a self-test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, intended for self-testing or approved by the Ministry of Health for use by a layperson, with a negative result. The test can be purchased at reception
